School Community Outreach Liaisons

What are School Community Outreach Liaisons?

We are your local School Community Outreach Liaisons; we work as a liaison between schools and families to build and strengthen the connections between schools, families, and the community and improve educational outcomes for students of all ages. We work with every school in Amador County Unified School District, helping to connect families and students with resources to assist in overcoming any barriers your child may be experiencing in having a successful educational experience. We strive to help your child feel connected to their school by facilitating positive relationships between school staff, students, and families. We approach situations from a trauma-informed standpoint, working to reinforce social-emotional learning, mental health awareness and sensitivity, as well as behavioral support; working with students to improve attendance and overall well being. We strive to get students and families the resources they need to succeed and thrive.
