COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL SAFETY PLANS

Amador County Unified School District is committed to ensuring that students enrolled in this district, and all employees, attend campuses that are safe and secure. The district believes that a beginning step toward safer schools is the development of a comprehensive plan for school safety by every school in the district. The district intends that parents, students, teachers, administrators, counselors, classified personnel and community agencies develop safe school plans, including local law enforcement. The school site committee will review these safe school plans on an annual basis and proposed changes will be submitted to the board for approval.
