Amador County Office of Education is excited to offer a $40,000 recruitment bonus for new special education hires! If you're passionate about making a difference and ready to build a fulfilling career in education, we want to meet you.

Bonus Details:

Available to new hires only
Paid out over five years
Credentials required based on position
Prorated if an employee leaves before the five-year period ends

Incentive Structure:

$3,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the hiring process and commencement of employment for the 2025-2026 school year.
$6,000 will be paid in the second year of employment (2026-2027 school year).
$8,000 will be paid in the third year of employment (2027-2028 school year).
$10,500 will be paid in the fourth year of employment (2028-2029 school year).
$12,500 will be paid in the fifth year of employment (2029-2030 school year).
