Amador County Office of Education (ACOE) & Amador County Unified School District (ACUSD) Budgets

Budgets are planned against a fiscal year, which runs from July 1st to June 30th. During each fiscal year, there are four budget reporting periods with corresponding reports. The reports are mandated by the State of California in addition to an independent outside audit of the budget at the end of each fiscal year.

July-June: Adopted Budget
July-October: First Interim Budget Report
November-January: Second Interim Budget Report
July-June: Unaudited Actuals Budget Report, Audited Budget Report

ACUSD Cost Savings Plan Submitted To The California Department Of Education (CDE), January/March 2019

As required, this plan was submitted to and approved by the CDE.  At the time of submission, some actions had not yet been approved by the Board of Trustees and were still pending/confidential.  At this time, the information is public.  Questions or comments may be shared with Superintendent Amy Slavensky or Assistant Superintendent of Business Services Jared Critchfield.  Appreciation is extended to the Board of Trustees and many staff members who assisted with the development and implementation of this plan.
