Amador High School Staff Awarded Challenge Coins
Amador High School Principal Butch Wagner and Vice Principal Katrina Ramos presented ACUSD Challenge Coins to ten staff members following the theme “Hearts of Amador.” Challenge Coins were given to Angella Cowan, Tanya Wells, Shawn Clingan, Tara Hannah, Lori Thomas, Kobie Pettis, Clare Condon, Jake Guidi, Carmen Trevaskis, and Jenny Neely.
Business Office Staff Member Awarded Challenge Coin
Director of Fiscal Services Robert Norton awarded an ACUSD Challenge Coin to Lydia Cooper, Fiscal Analyst.
From the Agenda:
- The board approved a School Calendar Update reflecting April 5th as a snow day, with May 17th now scheduled as the required makeup day. The updated calendar also reflects June 19, 2024, as a holiday in observance of Juneteenth.
- Michelle Pechette, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, gave an informational presentation regarding the Local Control Accountability Plan. No board action was taken as this item was information-only.
- The board approved the Air Quality District Small Engine Exchange Program.
- The board approved the E-Rate Contract.
The next meeting will be held on May 8th, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. Open session will begin at 6:30 pm. Board agendas can be viewed here.
