From the agenda:
SELPA:
- The board approved the nomination of Michelle Pechette, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, to fill the temporary vacancy on the SELPA Governing Board.
- The board approved the SELPA Local Plan with revisions to Section B Items 2 & 6 regarding governance.
ACUSD:
- The board discussed the History of Consolidation document as well as the Wicklow Way project.
- The board approved the Public Notice Declaration in Support of Provisional Intern Permit.
- The board approved the Notice of Intent To Employ Teachers on a Provisional Internship Permit.
- The board approved the Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators.
- The board approved Resolution ACUSD 2024/25-01 prohibiting any district purchase or use of herbicide products containing the chemical glyphosate.
- The board approved Resolution ACUSD 2024/25-02 Temporary Inter-fund Transfer.
- The board approved the MGM Transportation Temporary School Transportation Services Agreement.
- The board approved new salary schedules for the Amador County Teachers Association, Administrators, and Confidential Staff for the 24/25 school year.
- The board approved the Application for Exemption from Required Expenditures for Classroom Teachers’ Salaries for the 22/23 school year.
ACOE:
- The board approved Resolution ACOE 2024/25-01 prohibiting any district purchase or use of herbicide products containing the chemical glyphosate.
- The board approved Resolution ACOE 2024/25-02 Temporary Inter-fund Transfer.
The next meeting will be held on August 7, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. Open session will begin at 6:30 pm. Board agendas and minutes can be viewed here.
