From the Agenda:

• The board pulled items 13.2c and 13.4a from the consent agenda to discuss separately. All consent agenda items were approved.
• The board approved Resolution 2024/2025-04 - Waiver of Credential Requirement for Interim Superintendent pursuant to Education Code Section 35029.
• The board approved the Addendum to the Interim Superintendent Employment Agreement.
• The board approved the new high school course requests for Professional Theater 2 and Professional Theater 3. 
• The board approved Amador County Unified School District's Audit Report for 2022-2023.
• The board approved Resolution 2024/2025-05 - Establish Self-Insurance Fund, Fund 67.
• The Amador County Office of Education’s Audit Report for 2022-2023 was pulled from the agenda due to an issue with the attached report. It will be brought back for the September 18 board meeting. 
• The board approved Resolution 2024/2025-04 - Establish Self-Insurance Fund, Fund 67.
• The board reviewed the updated 2024-2025 SEAC Salary Schedules. This item was information only, so no board action was taken. 

The next meeting will be held on August 28, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. Open session will begin at 6:30 pm. Board agendas and minutes can be viewed here.
