Presentation of Colors by Scout Troop 63
Scout Troop 63 performed the Presentation of Colors to earn their Citizen Merit Badges.
Pine Grove Elementary Challenge Coins
Principal John Hawley awarded Challenge Coins to Annalisa Barrett, Samantha Hopkins, and Erika Myers.
Sutter Creek Elementary Challenge Coins
Principal Tia Peters awarded Challenge Coins to Melissa Noble, Robbie Price, Vonne Leppo, and Debbie Donahoo.

- The board approved the District Athletic Director job description.
- The board approved the new high school course requests for Dual Enrollment and Drama/Stagecraft.
- The board approved the contract with School Nursing Solutions.
- The board held a Public Hearing for the Sufficiency of Instructional Materials 2024-2025 for ACUSD.
- The board approved the ACUSD resolution for the Sufficiency of Instructional Materials.
- The board approved the temporary construction easement extension with the County of Amador.
- The board held a discussion about board member participation in certificated and classified interview panels. No board action was taken as this item was discussion-only.
- The board held a Public Hearing for the Sufficiency of Instructional Materials 2024-2025 for ACOE.
- The board approved the ACOE resolution for the Sufficiency of Instructional Materials.
- The board approved Amador County Office of Education's Audit Report for 2022-2023.
The next meeting will be held on October 9, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. The SELPA Board Meeting will begin at 5:00 pm. Board agendas and minutes can be viewed here.
