Plymouth Elementary Challenge Coins
Principal Joe Horacek gave Challenge Coins to Todd Peterson, teacher, and Tim Albrecht, instructional aide.
Food Services Challenge Coins
Food Services Director Mike Pingree gave Challenge Coins to 6 of his staff members: Tim McCarthy, Debra Davie, Heather Arevalo, Claudia Sierra, Jose Vieyra, and Kristina Clausen.
Summer Maintenance and Construction Projects Update
Maintenance Director Joe Cruz presented an update on the maintenance and construction projects that were completed over the summer.

- The board discussed staffing updates provided by Dr. Hedegard.
- The board discussed compliance and improvement monitoring.
- The board discussed the Interagency Agreement between SELPA and VRMC.
ACUSD:
- The board approved the MOU for Intern Support.
- The board approved the ACUSD 2023-2024 Unaudited Actuals.
- The board approved the Classified Salary Schedule for CSEA 239.
- The board held a first reading of Board Bylaw 9000: Role of the Board
- The board discussed Elementary School Boundary Adjustments.
ACOE:
- The board approved the LEGO Education Purchase.
- The board approved the CYBHI Service Agreement with Healthy Campus.
- The board approved the ACOE 2023-2024 Unaudited Actuals.
The next meeting will be held on November 13, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. ACUSD Open Session will begin at 6:30 pm. Board agendas and minutes can be viewed here.
