• The board held a public hearing for the 2024-2025 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) (ACUSD & ACOE).
• The board discussed the LCAP First Reading. This item was information-only, so no board action was taken (ACUSD & ACOE).
• The board held a public hearing for the 2024-2025 Annual Budget (ACUSD & ACOE).
• The board discussed the 2024-2025 Annual Budget Presentation. This item was information-only, so no board action was taken (ACUSD & ACOE).
• The board approved the CalSHAPE ventilation program.
• The board approved the contract for Smart Sites by ParentSquare.
• The board approved the contract with RELIANT Construction for the Argonaut High School Triglia Building project.
• The board approved the textbook adoption recommendations for middle school science and high school Spanish curricula.
• The board approved the new high school course request.
• The board approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for ACTA Mandated Training.
• The board approved the Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators.
• The board approved Resolution ACUSD 23/24-19 Authorizing Amador County to Conduct the Election for Trustee Areas 4 and 5
• The board tabled the Tentative Agreement with ACTA Article 14 – Compensation until the next board meeting. 
• The board approved moving the June 18, 2024 meeting to June 20, 2024 (ACUSD & ACOE).

The next meeting will be held on June 20, scheduled to be held at the Amador County Administration Building, 810 Court St., Jackson, CA. Open session will begin at 6:30 pm. Board agendas can be viewed here.
